Episodes of a Lovely Vacation

Monday, August 31st, 2009

Dear friends,

Karin RademacherI spent some lovely days of vacation in South Germany at the foothills of the Alps with my father, a 68-year-old wonderful, humorous, caring man. We did some tours, had health treatments, lovely food, I went horseback riding twice and we had lot of fun. I bought a nice pair of hiking shoes that made walking much more fun and easy. I liked them so much that one day I put them on just to walk across to the butcher’s :-)

I have been sharing transformation with my father since my first workshop with Ariel & Shya in spring 2007. He loves what has happened for me since then and supports me very much. I always invite him to join in. In these days I spent with him, I saw a lot of my behaviors, fears and worries in him. We shared about it and he told me about the worries of the generation of his parents in general but also concerning him who fell often ill as a child. I felt so much love and compassion for him, for all of them, and could also look at myself with love, not with judgments.

Enhusiasm is Transferable

Tuesday, August 25th, 2009

KatjaI love to share Transformation. It’s a great feeling to support people and to be on fire. I noticed that sometimes it is easier for me to write instead of speak. And I like to write; for example, 3 weeks ago I wrote an article (letter to the editor) for our internal company “newspaper:” the title was “Enthusiasm is Transferable”; the context was about a co-worker of mine who presented work that she did for the annual report in our English conversation lesson. Up to this time the annual report was not published. I was excited for her and curious to see the report.  I shared my enthusiasm with other co-workers in my office.

Some days later we held this annual report in our hands and I was happy for my co-worker, her work and her sharing. A few days later, our company won an international gold award for the design and concept.

Exciting news from Arne

Friday, August 21st, 2009

Arne HoffmannDear friends,

I want to share some exciting news with you.

After working over 13 years mostly as an actor, I got a new job in Europe’s biggest and most beautiful Spa and Treatment Center near Cologne. The name is Mediterana. For the opening of a new Indian section at the end of August they are building a new team called ‘The Buddha team’ that I am part of. I will be responsible for reception desk, looking after guests, special happenings in the saunas and meditation.

I am also still working on stage; I am playing a very nice part in Pippi Longstocking in a beautiful outside area in the countryside. I auditioned a lot this year for theater jobs and got the most brilliant feedback ever since.

Successful Start in the New Job

Wednesday, August 12th, 2009

Hey, my dear friends all over the world,

Hilli MonzelI would like to share what happened last week for me in my new job.

As some of you might know, I had the opportunity to change jobs on July 1st within the Procter and Gamble Company to become the assistant of the Global Human Resources Director at Wella, the hair care company.  That itself is already thrilling, but also my first project was to organize the global leadership team Meeting (24 people) for 3 days in a very nice hotel near Frankfurt, Germany.

The intent was that the new global Wella director would meet all of his leadership team members (Wella country leaders, head of external communications, chief of supply chain management, etc.) so that they could define how to work together in the future to archive their goals.
