The Importance of Listening

27030_427348451144_685146144_5517517_6385582_nI just wanted to get in touch to say how amazing the past few months have been for me and send you a big big “THANKS” for being such an inspiration. I’ve been offered this brilliant new job which I’m starting in 2 weeks time and also I moved into a lovely new flat with my lovely flatmates.

It’s really amazing the things that happened for me after I came back from Costa Rica without working hard. Especially the job I got, it is perfect on every level. I’ve been job hunting for 8 months and I came back from Costa Rica, switched back on my mobile in New York in the airport and all of the sudden I receive a text from my recruitment agency saying I should get in touch because they have a job I might like. I went to the interview and 3 hours later I had a call that I got the job. I will never forget this day. My new job is Account Management, Sales Support and Training and I’ll have to go into hotels and provide training on a software that allows hotels to issue and sell gift vouchers. My new job allows me to travel 3 days of the week and I can work 2 days from home. (more…)

Morning Cup of Inspiration!

LeahHi Friends!

I woke up earlier than usual today, and decided to start my morning by watching the newest videos and articles on the Premium Excellence Club. It is truly incredible, and an inspiration, and I encourage anyone who wants it to give it to themselves! I feel so full that I just had to share my excitement with everyone.

Hello from Sandy

SandyIMG_0669_2Every time I see that an email comes in from one of you I stop whatever I am doing and read, read, read! It is so amazing how just doing that changes my day in some way.  It’s been so long since I have been with all of you and I miss you so so much!

Since the last course and upon signing up for the next one (Step into Your Brilliance) for which I paid in full (and guess what, it was true what you said…the course started to happen then) things have shifted. I got home to California and my life as I knew it before was different. I was able to complete any task in the time needed. I was happier. I was lighter somehow, and the people around me became interesting and interested. My husband, Tony, turned to me at dinner one night and said, “I don’t know what your doing but don’t stop…I can’t get enough of you and love being around you, you look beautiful.”  So, of course I tried as best I could to explain to him what Ariel and Shya do… It was murky I am sure, but he smiled…this big smile and grabbed my hands tight. May we just say Thank You?

Ariel & Shya KaneDearest Friends in the Community,

Thank you for being you, for being part of our community and for your support.  We are back from our writing sabbatical in the Bahamas.  Gotta say it was cold there!  Of course nothing like in New Jersey where we had a big snow storm while we were gone.  But we had white caps on the ocean aplenty.  It was the coldest winter there since 1865.  We lived in polar fleece. :)

Aside from walking for hours on the beach each day – clearing our heads, gathering sea shells, casting at illusive fish, and making audio memos for the new book we are working on, we wrote.  It was interesting, challenging, inspiring, unwieldy and all-in-all we made great progress on our new project.  We also got some much needed rest and more exercise than we have had in a 3 week period in many years (Yippee – firmer thighs, rounder behinds, toned muscles and lost a little weight to boot!)

But, that isn’t really what we want to talk about.  Want to let you know about a funny thing that happened while there:  One day, we were feeling kind of stuck in our writing project, uninspired, blah, sure we had nothing much or nothing new to say, not sure where to go next… You know the feeling and the corresponding thoughts we are sure…
