Dear friends around the world,
I’m wonderfully busy these weeks, with a lot of work and unexpected things coming in and up (I’m freelancing). This afternoon I realized that I was completely rushing through my day, trying to get things done.
I stopped the action and watched this week’s Premium Excellence Club mini video session: It’s about being where you are – tailor-made for me
When I finished the video I was relaxed and… feeling hungry. Instead of eating while working I sat down and ate an apple, I think I never had such a delicious apple…
Transformation is a wonderful gift! Thank you all!
Much love,
Karin

Lately, I found it challenging to stay in the moment. There is a lot of chatter going on in my mind and my breath is shallow. On one of this “lost in thoughts days”, it was while walking to my work place, I came up with a game (out of the blue) that I started to play immediately!
This game helps me to come back to real time in such a playful, simple and amazing way, that I want to share it today. Maybe someone wants to check it out for themselves (-;
So here is how it works:

Every time I see that an email comes in from one of you I stop whatever I am doing and read, read, read! It is so amazing how just doing that changes my day in some way. It’s been so long since I have been with all of you and I miss you so so much!
Since the last course and upon signing up for the next one (Step into Your Brilliance) for which I paid in full (and guess what, it was true what you said…the course started to happen then) things have shifted. I got home to California and my life as I knew it before was different. I was able to complete any task in the time needed. I was happier. I was lighter somehow, and the people around me became interesting and interested. My husband, Tony, turned to me at dinner one night and said, “I don’t know what your doing but don’t stop…I can’t get enough of you and love being around you, you look beautiful.” So, of course I tried as best I could to explain to him what Ariel and Shya do… It was murky I am sure, but he smiled…this big smile and grabbed my hands tight. Lately, my days are full of events. It feels like a day has more parts than it once had. Every time I see a clock, I’m amazed how early it is, and how many things I can do with my time.
Also, everything looks beautiful, and full of DETAIL and light and color! The tropical-ness of Costa Rica seems to have followed me to New York, and everything is looking exotic, and full of life.
Things have been easy, and I’m finding I am willing to do the things that need to be done, without even wondering if I want to do them.
I feel so loose and creative, and the things that are happening around me are ORIGINAL.

(German translation below)
Dear friends all over the world,
Last night while I was working off my pile of papers to deliver to school before I go to Costa Ricaaaaaaa on Friday:-))))), I suddenly felt the urge to watch the last video-podcasts that I got being a member of the Premium Excellence Club. I had had trouble looking at them directly just clicking on the arrow and procrastinated finding out about the other possibilities for watching them. But there I was, in a wiff I got the solution – on my own – it worked and I could watch these brilliant moments in time!
I had totally forgotten how visible transformation gets on somebody’s face, in somebody’s stature, and even over the camera through the computer I felt as if I was in the room with everybody experiencing life to the fullest.
Make that a part of your life, too! If you ever had the slightest thought like “maybe I’ll join sometime…”: do it now, there’s just not a moment to waste in your life and the lives of everybody around you!

Dear Friends!
I just came back from a funeral that I attended with my husband Stephan (thanks for being there for me!). This was the funeral of a former client of mine whose name is Christine and I want to tell you about her:
Christine was sitting in a wheelchair since she was 5 years old, because of amyotaxia (a kind of spasticity, that goes in “waves” through the body so that you can’t really control your movements) and could only walk with the help of other people. If she wanted to move by herself, she used to crawl on her bottom. I had been Christine’s physical therapist for several years, before she moved out of her home in Hamburg 5 years ago into her own apartment in the city (she got a job at the zoological institute), where we found a new therapist for her. Dear Transformers,
Amazing stuff happened last weekend
My aunt Anne from Hamburg, Germany threw a birthday brunch party on Sunday. So my parents, who live 2 hours away, took the opportunity to arrange a weekend in Hamburg. On Saturday they visited my boyfriend Jürgen & me, in the evening they watched a Musical in Hamburg and on Sunday we met all together at Anne’s place.
We had a very nice time together. We ate Jürgen’s brilliant homemade plum cake…mmmh, and everything went very smoothly. We talked about our experience of Instantaneous Transformation and my father was especially interested. During our chat Jürgen and I also discovered that we had a different opinion about how to understand one issue of Transformation and had a discussion about it.

Dearest Friends,
Last Thursday my partner Daniela and I had the opening for our show – presenting our furniture line “Color in Form” for the first time. It was an awesome, beautiful and successful evening.
Here are some highlights from the evening: The mayor of the town spoke at the introduction, the vice president from the board of trade did the Laudatio and our friend, actress Katharina Abt, did a reading about “Art in the Living room”, which is fun piece itself, but turned into a jewel when Katharina performed it. All three where so heartfelt and brilliant , it added extra spice to the event and we felt very honored.
Also we had the most yummy and beautiful food catered by our friend Stephan Monzel; people just loved the food and felt happy and taken care of
. And a saxophonist played some beautiful background lounge music (thanks Katja for the contact:-)).
We expected about 80 guests and thought that would be wonderful, since it was summer, the baltic sea is around the corner and the weather was just perfect for the beach. It was perfect for us too – we had a 150 guests:-)) 2 People ordered right away and we have a list of people who are interested in receiving more information and some individual solutions. A friend with a home-acessories store with a small selection of furniture is interested in selling our furniture and THE local daily newspaper for Hamburg is running a special on furniture for teens soon and part of the article is about our furniture, including a picture and of course all of our contact info

Hello everyone,
I have a short story I would like to share about awareness.
I have two small hand made quilts my step grandmother made and presented to my daughters when they were born. One of my daughters will be 15 years old next week and so will her quilt.
I keep these small quilts draped across the back of our futon in our living room. We use them almost everyday. Well, this Sunday morning I was folding one of them and felt a tiny point pricking my finger. Aha! I thought, this must be a straight pin accidentally sewn into the quilt. I got some scissors, snipped a tiny whole, fished the needle out by its pearl top, draped the quilt in its proper place and dropped the straight pin into the trash bin. Just mater of fact like that. No judgment, no story, no drama.
