A few weekends ago, we did “The Freedom to be Yourself” and  ”The Freedom to Breathe” seminars with Ariel & Shya Kane the Thursday before.  It was simply amazing. It was sweet and soft and fun and flowing and easy.

For a while now, life feels so good and it feels good no matter what the circumstances are. It certainly hasn’t been the case for most of my life. Nothing, including myself, was ever enough or perfect from my point of view, which is very different these days. Now, everything is enough and perfect and impeccable and it includes learning new things, expanding and looking…
I’m more “HERE“ and in this moment I don’t  work on myself, doubt myself or pick on myself when I think I forgot something or made a mistake.  And there’s very little resistance to the way my life is showing up; it doesn’t matter if what shows up is my preference or not. (more…)

Hi Guys,

I have just spent 2 amazing days in London with my work mates who are based up in Scotland and who came down to London for our “team cultural away days”. The trip was paid by our 2 bosses who said it was a reward for the great work we’ve been doing. We stayed at the famous 5 star hotel “The Ritz” and had amazing lunch there, then our company hired a professional choreographer only for us and we learned to dance to Rihanna’s “I’m the only girl in the world” song. In the evening we went to a comedy store and watched stand up comedy. The following day we hired a studio and a private drum instructor who showed us how to drum to samba tunes and we finished our trip by having “traditional afternoon tea” which is very british at the famous Savoy hotel in London. The reason I’m sharing this is not to show off but just to say that I would have never found this amazing company and job if I wouldn’t have learned from Ariel & Shya Kane, how to be “in the moment” and be a “yes” to life. I still remember that before Costa Rica 2010, I was not happy with the job I was in and thought “this wasn’t it” and a future job will be better! In Costa Rica I learned to be in the moment and to be a “yes” to life and that whereever I am and whatever I do is important. When I landed in NY on my way back to London from the Costa Rica trip in 2010, I had a text from a recruitment agency that was offering me a job for a gift voucher company. My first thought was “no” I don’t really want to work for a gift voucher company, it didn’t fit my agenda and didn’t “sound” good in my ears! However having learned to be in the moment in Costa Rica, I said yes and just showed up to the interview! The moment I met my Manager and I had the interview with her, I knew that this was an inspirational lady with an amazing job to offer and I wanted to work with her! It wasn’t about gift vouchers ie the product, it was all about this person (my manager) and what I could learn from her as she was so inspirational and she’s also into personal development and really cares about us employees and our personal development. I never had such an amazing feeling before where I just knew that this is the right job for me, it was as if my intuition said YES YES YES!!!

Dear friends from all over the world!

I just attended Ariel & Shyas weekend workshop in Hamburg about “The Freedom to Be Yourself”.  It was truly fantastic:-))  I don’t know where to begin so I just begin:

My cousine Renate joined me for the first time! I invited her several times before and she never was able to make it, but this time she went with me to Hamburg.  It is so magical what is possible for people, amazing! She was soooo happy she joined me and signed up right away for the Cambridge seminar in July (Creativity & Intuition, you are invited!), the next seminar with Ariel & Shya in Hamburg in October (The License to Live, you are invited too) and for two weeks in Costa Rica….!! Isn’t that amazing?  That showed me again how important it is that we all share the gift of transformation! It is a blessing for the people who join us!  So I just started sharing trasformation with everybody and it is a great experience, it keeps me on track as well:-) (more…)

Liebe Freunde auf der ganzen Welt!

Ich habe gerade am Wochenend -Workshop von Ariel & Shya “die Freiheit du selbst zu sein” in Hamburg teilgenommen.  Es war wirklich fantastisch:-)  Ich weiss nicht wo ich beginnen soll also beginne ich einfach:

Meine Cousine Renate hat mich das erste Mal begleitet. Ich habe sie schon öfter eingeladen, sie hatte aber nie die Möglichkeit mitzukommen. Dieses Mal kam sie mit mir nach Hamburg.  Es ist so magisch was für die Leute möglich ist, unglaublich!  Sie war sooo glücklich das sie mitgekommen ist und hat sich gleich für Cambridge im Juli (Creativity & Intuition, du bist eingeladen) für Hamburg im Oktober (Lizenz zu Leben, du bist auch eingeladen) und für zwei Wochen Costa Rica angemeldet…!! Ist das nicht grossartig?  Das hat mir mal wieder gezeigt wie wichtig es ist das Geschenk von Transformation zu teilen! Es ist ein Segen für die Menschen die mitkommen.  So habe ich angefangen Transformatio mit allen zu teilen und es ist eine grossartige Erfahrung und hält mich in der Bahn. (more…)

Dear Friends,

My husband Rainer and I are back from two weeks Costa Rica since Sunday and life is simply amazing.

A happy and healthy looking Tiger (our cat:-)) greeted us with loud meows, a big pile of mail and hundred of emails where waiting for us. Some of it urgent tax stuff and job requests. We handled everything easy and efficiently, including unpacking, doing the washing, lot’s and lot’s of strokes for Tiger:-)… and a nap in between. Life feels seamless, effortless, fun and more sexy, simply by being here and saying yes to the current moment. We feel expanded, well and happy in our skin. (more…)

I have been to Costa Rica this year. WOW! It was amazing and I had a wonderful time.

Being in this wonderful environment of Costa Rica and its incredible nature, the fauna with all those wonderful animals, was awesome.  AND than with this – we had this extraordinary possibility to experience TRANSFORMATION, WOW!
I am so deeply touched by what Ariel & Shya have to offer the world.  Transformation – more than words can say!!  Thank you sooo much!  How can I describe it?  Well, I feel for the first time that I am really not the voice and chatter of my mind.  So many questions are answered, I feel such a relief, I feel so well in me.  A kind of well-being that I have never felt before.  Thank you ALL.  Yes, I mean YOU. Without you – incredible beings – I could not have discovered – the self discovery adventure – as I discovered it.

I would like to share some exciting news with you all.  I recently received a promotion at work!   For those of you who may not know, I work for a Brooklyn court that decides civil and criminal cases on appeal.  For the past five years, I worked as a court attorney, preparing confidential reports for the Judges of the court.  Last week, I was promoted to the position of Principal Law Clerk to one of the judges, which means I am now working directly for her, discussing cases and helping her prepare for arguments. It all started in Costa Rica. Actually it started just after the completion of the Kanes’ Costa Rican Adventure 2010, which was the best ever, by the way. Although I was inspired and really wanted to go again in 2011, I had hesitated to sign up for Costa Rica next year, because I didn’t want to register without letting my 16-year-old daughter Ayla in on my decision first. This past year, when I had let Ayla know I was going, she had pouted for a week or more because I hadn’t consulted her before committing to go.  I had actually hesitated before telling her because I was afraid she might disapprove!

On the way to my room to get my luggage before heading home, I ran into Ariel and Shya on one of the beautiful covered walkways and we started chatting.  When I outlined my dilemma, they pointed out that what I was actually doing was to ask my daughter for her permission to go to Costa Rica again and that it is I who is the mother who needs to say what’s going on – not vice versa. They said that I was trying to be Ayla’s friend instead of her mother.  It was not long before I discovered how true this really had been.
