Hello All You Wonderful People!

I am so thrilled to share with all of what has been happening here in Hayward, CA!

I started a Meet Up Group this past Saturday called …Say Yes! To Your Life. On Monday afternoon I left for Chicago on business (I am a Vice President of the largest component printer in the U.S. We print book covers and book jackets, as well as manufacture children’s books and high-end gift and coffee table books). That evening while I was all toasty warm in my cozy hotel room, I posted the date and time for the meet up (I didn’t have a venue, yet) on the website.  I was in Chicago on business all day today, and in the late afternoon drove to Dubuque, Iowa for my visit with clients tomorrow. It’s a 3 1/2 hour drive. No texting, no checking of emails, no phone calls. I listened to the radio, I sang along to a great ( and fun) country music station and I made it safely to my hotel.

When I checked my emails I saw a barrage of emails from Meet Up. As I started reading them I realized that 42 people had joined the group …and …19 people had RSVP’d as a YES! And …I had not yet sent invites out to my friends and family in the area!

As I read each email I was so taken by why each person had joined. It was AWESOME! when asked …What made you join this most awesome group? ….these were some of the answers the members (our members are called Brilliant Beings) gave:

The title!

I want to live a drama free and stress free life!

I want to be happier and enjoy each moment of my life!

I am having trouble with how my life is showing up!

I want to learn to live in the present!

Say YES to life!

I like YES! YES is good!

One of the Brilliant Beings had worked with Ariel and Shya years ago in NYC!

I am so inspired by all of you and so filled with love and joy to be sharing Instantaneous Transformation with the universe.

Ariel and Shya have shown me possibilities in my life that I never knew existed. Saying YES! To my life is one of them. I love them and all of you!

I am discovering transformation in a whole new way since coming back from Costa Rica. I had such a brilliant experience of it this morning that I just have to share: normally in the morning I wake up early to handle some emails, bills, or business before I get ready and go to work. I leave my self an extra half hour but I am still usually rushed or late getting out the door. This morning, I woke up early and easily, but realized that I had completed so many of the things on my list, in the moment they came up, that there was hardly anything to do! I had such an enjoyable morning getting ready at an easy pace and then heading out the door right on time. I have heard Ariel & Shya talk about how when you don’t have incompletions pulling on you, you have more time and more ease and I had always gotten this as a concept, but had never truly *experienced* it until this weekend/morning! Wow- transformation is amazing and such a blessing! And not just because it frees up your own time & self-expression but also because the more you do it, the more you step into your brilliance, the more it creates a very real possibility for others to experience this too. I saw this in action last night:

My husband Andy and I are both actors and we gathered together with some other actors last night to read a play. There was one actor who was very serious, intellectual and quite judgmental- both Andy and I felt these judgments directed at us, but didn’t shrink or get serious. We also didn’t hold it against him, or resist him for being the way he was. I got such enjoyment watching Andy not only give a brilliant performance but also continue engaging with people and being his fun wonderful self. By the end of the night, everyone had come alive and this serious actor fellow had totally dropped his ‘armor’ and was laughing and being silly and engaging with everyone. I could see how much Andy’s way of being gave him permission to express a part of himself he doesn’t let out very often. It was inspiring to see; I felt such a huge love and admiration for my husband and also was (still am) very touched by how being yourself allows others the freedom to discover themselves too. Transformation is such a gift!

So let’s share it! Hi everyone,

I’ve been on vacation from school for the holidays since before Christmas. And after being “inactive” for so long I started thinking a lot. I kept getting thoughts like “I’m bored.” and “There is nothing to do.” Soon, I started to believe them as if they were true.

So I downloaded one of the radio show episodes from “Being Here” on iTunes. Because I was on my iPhone, I couldn’t read the whole title, I just saw the beginning part which was “I’m hungry….” and I thought, “perfect! Another episode on dieting. That fits me so well”.

When I started listening to the episode, Ariel and Shya repeated the title of the show which was “I’m hungry, and other thoughts that aren’t true.” I laughed because it was exactly the show for me! It was better than a show on dieting because I realized from listening to the show that my thoughts about being bored were not true!

I reccomend the radio show to anyone as an excellent resource for staying centered. I love how accessible it is. You get it on iTunes from your iPod, Mac, PC, iPad, or iPhone. Also you can stream it too from the Kane’s website. Instanteous transformation is really only a few clicks away.

Thank you Ariel & Shya for your perspective on life. Without it, I wouldn’t be the person I am today.

Andy & Leah here.  We just got back from Costa Rica course 1 and it was amazing!  Rich, restful, exciting, energizing.  And since we have been back, life has had this whole new level of ease and flow; we are finding ourselves saying yes to whatever life presents us with.  And the magic of transformation is that it just happens! It’s not something we are doing in order to be in control or produce results; things just keep getting easier, sweeter, more intimate and more fun!

We are also discovering (maybe for the first time) that Transformation isn’t about being ‘happy’ all the time (although a deep sense of satisfaction is a byproduct); it is being present in your life moment to moment.  When we do run up against something we resist, we simply notice it and Ha-zaa! we’re back, without thinking or punishing ourselves.  Since coming back from Costa Rica, life for us has been simple and easy.

Last Monday Night Alive we had 25 new people join us, and a lot of them came from Meetup.  Some of these new folks have already rsvp’d for our next meetup! We did something a bit different last week and I believe it had made an impact: Joe & I checked the Meetup page for newcomers, wrote to them, welcomed them, and followed up as Monday approached.  At one point I thought ”Am I being too pushy?  Will they get annoyed that I’m being too friendly?”  When we met these folks in person many of them thanked us for encouraging them to attend.  It was sweet meeting these people whom I’d connected with during the week and we all recognized each other from our photos!

People need our support and encouragement.  They won’t know about Transformation if we don’t invite them. Harry met The Kanes through Meetup and was surprised to see so many people at MNA because only 15 people had rsvp’d on Meetup.  If we join together as a team and full heartedly participate, Meetup will be a powerful force with supporting others in discovering the Kanes.

Hi Everyone!

Last night marked a milestone for me and I feel compelled to share!

Last night I was disappointed to miss MNA because lately I’ve felt like humpty dumpty  who fell off the wall but I had class to attend and then found my mom in a tissy about how much she had to do before the holidays. So I sighed and stayed to help. I did everything she asked in the time she needed. Part of me wondered was I once again playing rescuer but my mom has done a lot for me so I felt like helping. I told myself I would do something nice for me afterward.

I didn’t have to because later that evening she asked if I was going to Costa Rica?  I said yes. Then she said ‘maybe at some point I will join you Monday Nite.’ Shocked I  double checked there wasn’t wax in my ear creating hearing impairment. So I said ‘to NY for MNA?’. Sure enough she answered yes. So I managed to keep my jaw closed even though it was really on the floor and said ‘Sure I’ll let you know when I can go up again so you can come too.’

This is a huge milestone for her and I’m really excited for her to experience the group and Ariel and Shya.

Last night all I asked for was to feel whole in the morning. At three in the morning I woke and felt all these bits and pieces of me returning to my core. And for the first time in a long time I feel whole.

Thank you Ariel and Shya though I wasn’t there I felt the experience still permeated through me.
