In the spirit of realizing dreams, we invite you to attend a concert/fundraiser this Sunday evening, January 8th at 7:30pm EDT (following the Money, Success & Happiness: Wealth as a Lifestyle workshop) at the Manhattan Theatre Club Studio Nr. 3 in New York City.
There are so many talented people in our transformational community and for at least 3 years, we have envisioned having a concert to share these passions & talents we have with 
others and also to benefit the world at large in some way. Since Ursula came to New York, she has spearheaded turning this dream of ours into a reality! We are asking all attendees for a $10 donation and all proceeds (after covering our very reasonable room rental fees) will go to our friend Haydee’s wonderful non-profit organization Les Petits Okapis International.

Just thought I’d take time to update everyone on the meetup we held!
First, I can see the value of having and building a community here in Hong Kong. Having had an extremely busy time at work, with my fantastic friend Christian’s visit for two weeks, I was delighted to see that I managed to produce amazing results with different teams. I was able to work with Christian on some great projects, on top of that my dad was having a heart surgery back home. Across all areas life is just easier, more fun and exciting because of the transformational lifestyle, but also having Christian in real time to talk to and to work with through a transformational outlook was REALLY fascinating! Any time I was off thinking about the future or the past, Christian would just help put things back in an “in-the-moment” perspective, and I was back in the moment. AMAZING!
For the reasons of having this kind of supports in life, I have been so excited about the meet up we held and hope to build a community here in Hong Kong. Here’s a little recap: (more…)
Happy Holidays, Friends!
New Year’s is one of my favorite Holidays. It’s a global “page turn” for everyone and imagination and Transformation is in the air!
After seeing that 57 people attended the last Monday Night Alive workshop, I was inspired to write a letter to Oprah, asking her to check out the Kanes and to help put their approach out into the world. It felt so good to express my dream to Oprah.
The evening I mailed my letter to Oprah, I went to eat at a healthy fast food restaurant called Chipotle. I stepped into line behind a man. It turned out that this person is one of the morning anchors for New York City’s main television news station that I love & watch everyday! We spoke a bit & I invited him & his wife to MNA. It was so amazing to connect with him! I felt the synchronicity of the moment. (more…)

Dear friends all over the world;
Today is the Christmas Eve. For my husband Christian and I, this is a very important day in a sense that we love to make it special for our children (3 and 5 years old). Christian and I have the most beautiful memories from our childhood of Christmas Eves; we would like the same for our children and try our best to make it happen.
We have protected all the “big lies” about Santa Claus, the carriage, the reindeers… etc. In the area I grew up in it is the Christkind (Christ child), not Santa Claus, therefore we sometimes have to make up stories to put them together (“well, Santa Claus prepares the gifts and the Christkind helps him deliver them”…etc). Santa Claus also brings presents to adults; he passes by the grandparents’ house, decorates the tree therefore the living room is locked till Christmas mornings. We place milk and cookies in the entrance of the house so that he can eat and once the things are gone (my father in law takes care of that while we are in church), we know that Santa Claus was there. It’s probably more familiar to the Americans than to the Germans, but now you’ve got the idea. (more…)
Hey there My Friends,
I’m writing to say I am healthy wealthy happy and living a life like I never could have imagined. I have been reminded how rich a healthy life is. I spent some time pretty sick early in the holiday season and got a chance to check out where I wanted to complain and make for drama. I was able with the help of you all, my fabulous friends and Joe, my amazing husband to keep on track, keep coming back to center. I thank you for your support through your texts and calls and emails but mostly by being yourselves and living lives that are inspiring. I am inspired by you, all of you. (more…)
Hi all,
I just had the privilege to participate in the Freedom to Breathe/ Art of Being a Healer. It was truly magical and I feel great. I feel so alive and centered. Cool story, I am in the airport waiting to board a plane. When I got here, I wanted to work on a strategic presentation that I will be presenting on January 5th and 6th. I knew that I could channel this energy into completing a project that is really important to me. I felt so clearheaded that I knew the words and ideas should come to me. (more…)

I wanted to give you an update on what has been going on with me since the Freedom to Breathe workshop in NYC. It’s so funny how I really have been noticing transformation show up for me. The past (almost) two weeks since the workshop have been really great.
