Hi All!

I wanted to give you an update on what has been going on with me since the Freedom to Breathe workshop in NYC.  It’s so funny how I really have been noticing transformation show up for me.  The past (almost) two weeks since the workshop have been really great.  I noticed myself have the thought over that weekend that I don’t really get anything out of attending the workshops – that’s certainly a lie! Hi, Friends!

Yesterday at work, I was in the ladies’ room using the facility.  While I was in the stall, I heard a woman sighing over & over again while she was washing her hands.  I thought “that’s a lot of sighing”.  When I exited the stall and went to wash my hands, I asked her how she was doing.  She started to tell me how tired she was and how very busy she is with work, with her family, her five children.  I continued listening as we walked to the kitchen/pantry and by the time we got there we were both engaged in conversation and she even said “but you know, I do love my life”…   It was so much fun to listen to her.   I felt so connected with her and felt like I made a new friend. Life has thought me a big life changing lesson this week, one that went deep under my skin, one that was frightening and one that I won’t forget so quickly.

“You just never know when it’s the last time you speak to someone!”

As most of you already know, I live in London and my family lives back home in Vienna, Austria. My parents are divorced and both my mum and dad live in separate flats on their own. I made an agreement with my parents when I moved to London 9 years ago which was that I would speak to my dad once a week every Saturday and twice a week to my mum, once on Monday and once on Thursday.

Life has been getting richer and juicier and more fruitful!  Something has opened up more around me, and life is sensational and passionate, and touching.

I’m just feeling inspired to say hello to you all, and tell you how fun and sexy and awesome you all are. Very!

I listened to some music this morning, and it was the most deeply engaged listening I’ve ever experienced.  Letting it IN!  Moving around to the music, I felt so “ME”, and it was lovely, and electric, and touching.

I can’t believe what a gift it is, that Freedom to Breathe / The Art of Being a Healer is coming up soon, and I am registered.  That is going to be the best workshop ever.
