Leore & Joe1Hey there My Friends,

I’m writing to say I am healthy wealthy happy and living a life like I never could have imagined.  I have been reminded how rich a healthy life is.  I spent some time pretty sick early in the holiday season and got a chance to check out where I wanted to complain and make for drama.  I was able with the help of you all, my fabulous friends and Joe, my amazing husband to keep on track, keep coming back to center.  I thank you for your support through your texts and calls and emails but mostly by being yourselves and living lives that are inspiring.  I am inspired by you, all of you. Being fair to all! from Dani in London, UK

Sunday, May 1st, 2011

daniHi guys,

I had an amazing experience today which I wanted to share with you. We received our electricity bill for our house a week ago and it came in at £677 for the past 3 months. My flatmate Marina came to me and shared with me that she thinks it would be fair if I’d pay more towards the electricity bill than my two flatmates due to the fact that I work from home and use up more electricity than the others due to my laptop and me having the heater on during work. She didn’t say how much she would think it is fair for me to pay, she said pay what you think is fair and that I should consider paying more not because of her opinion but because of my personal development and being fair.

Being Unreasonable

Tuesday, March 17th, 2009

Hello Everyone!

swain.jpgI just returned from Costa Rica and … Wow! By the end of the week, I knew that I wanted to return next year, and knew I wanted to stay longer. So I signed up for 2 weeks in 2010!

How completely unreasonable of me! I truly just did what I wanted to do, without allowing the details to dominate me. In that moment, I abandoned my old comfortable habit of having everything in order before I acted on something. I didn’t ask permission from anyone, I didn’t ask permission from my bank account, and I didn’t ask permission from my reasonable mind. I simply gave myself permission, and trusted the universe to support me.

This unreasonable impulse has also allowed me to see so many other things that I want to do this year, including taking Committed Impulse acting classes, going to Germany, taking the Kanes’ workshops, and paying off my credit cards.

Have a brilliant and unreasonable week!

Love,
Swain

Paying Bills Feels Sexy

Jodi! :)Dear Friends,

I had the opportunity today listen to an archive of the internet radio show, Being Here with Ariel & Shya. As I was listening, I found myself feeling softer & enjoying the sun shining into my home.  The orange walls seemed to glow, and it was so sweet to see my cats cuddling. After it ended, I put on my coat and got ready to leave – but then leaned over and selected another radio show archive to hear. I find that this happens to me frequently. I have thoughts that “I need to leave” even when I;m enjoying myself and have nowhere specific to go. This time I really heard what Ariel & Shya said to the person calling in to the show, “If the mind wins, you lose.” That really hit me, and I sat back down unzipped my coat and gave myself the gift of “being here”. And I listened to the radio show, which was what I really wanted to do. I felt refreshed and clear-headed. It was great!
