Hey Everyone,

I just saw an email from Ariel & Shya about how it’s not too late to sign up for “Step Into Your Brilliance” this August 12th, 13th, & 14th, and I wanted to say Yes!  It’s not too late.

As many of you know, I create and edit the videos that Ariel and Shya send out for the Premium Excellence Club and the videos for the monthly newsletters.  I’m very proud of the newest video we did for the Kanes’ Costa Rican Adventure 2012.  It was a pleasure to watch so many of the amazing people from the Transformational communities around the world describe their experience of Transformation in such clear and effective ways.  The most difficult task I had was how to fit so much brilliance into 3 minutes!  If you haven’t had a chance to see it yet, you can watch it above.

Creating these videos has truly allowed me to step into my own brilliance, and has opened up my career in ways I didn’t know were possible.

My wife Caitlin and I will be sharing a link at the end of the month where you will be able to view a music video that we made for some amazingly gifted classical musicians.

Also, in the past couple weeks, after both making the Costa Rica video and signing up for the “Step Into Your Brilliance” course with the Kanes, I stepped into my brilliance so much that I got the lead in a new film called “King Kelly,” a guest star on a new TV show for MTV, the lead role in a short film, and a role in another film called “Nous York”!  And, I’ll still be able to come to the course this weekend!

I’m very excited about the upcoming film projects as it’s an area that I’ve wanted to work in for a long time.  I realize while writing this email that auditioning is like sharing Transformation.  I audition for many, many projects that I give my heart to and often get no response back.  It can be discouraging.  But what’s been amazing for me in recent months is my ability to let myself feel the disappointment and just keep auditioning.  It’s the same with inviting people to attend courses with the Kanes.  While some people may not be interested, I have to keep “auditioning” or sharing, because I know that I have something that the world needs.

I start filming this new movie at the end of the month and I’m very excited.

And again…it’s not too late to attend the “Step Into Your Brilliance” course this weekend!

I would like to tell you my experience about being right versus being alive.

For some time I know Ariel & Shya’s work, read their great books a few times, listen to the wonderful radio shows, watch the lively videos of the Premium Excellence Club and so I heard about “being right versus being alive” and I thought a lot about it but couldn’t understand it really. I thought when I’m right why should I give up my right to be right for being alive. I’m alive.

Yesterday I experienced what it meant. On Tuesday I got annoyed about an employee of mine whose name is Kosi, who made a lot of mistakes in the last weeks and again she did something wrong yesterday. I got upset and said out loud that Kosi is not a good worker right now. Other employees were around me, but she was not in the room. Her co-workers went to her and told her that I got upset and that I said bad things about her. I didn’t know that, but when I saw her again, I could feel that she was angry with me and that I hurt her feelings. But I still thought that I was right. I worked and I was not centered but ignored it and thought about the whole story all day and all night.  I FELT like I had to say I’m sorry but I THOUGHT I didn’t have to. So the next morning I took all my courage and went up to Kosi and said I’m sorry! She couldn’t take it right away but in the time after the sorry, I felt different, I felt alive. I could feel how my body relaxes and how alive I got. It is hart to describe. But for the first time I realized what it meant to be alive versus being right. I felt it, not thought about it. I really felt it physically, how my body came back to life with smelling the air, feeling the floor under my feet and sensing my body. When I saw Kosi again, she smiled at me! What an experience!

Transformation is wonderful and thank you, Ariel & Shya and all of you for sharing and spreading the gift of transformation. It is something very precious. Lets keep sharing this magic to the world and your self.

I’m wonderfully busy these weeks, with a lot of work and unexpected things coming in and up (I’m freelancing). This afternoon I realized that I was completely rushing through my day, trying to get things done.

I stopped the action and watched this week’s Premium Excellence Club mini video session: It’s about being where you are –  tailor-made for me

When I finished the video I was relaxed and… feeling hungry. Instead of eating while working I sat down and ate an apple, I think I never had such a delicious apple…

Dear friends all over the world,

Last night while I was working off my pile of papers to deliver to school before I go to Costa Ricaaaaaaa on Friday:-))))), I suddenly felt the urge to watch the last video-podcasts that I got being a member of the Premium Excellence Club. I had had trouble looking at them directly just clicking on the arrow and procrastinated finding out about the other possibilities for watching them. But there I was, in a wiff I got the solution – on my own – it worked and I could watch these brilliant moments in time!

I had totally forgotten how visible transformation gets on somebody’s face, in somebody’s stature, and even over the camera through the computer I felt as if I was in the room with everybody experiencing life to the fullest.

Make that a part of your life, too! If you ever had the slightest thought like “maybe I’ll join sometime…”: do it now, there’s just not a moment to waste in your life and the lives of everybody around you!

I’m so grateful for being a part of this community that shows me depths of my heart I didn’t even guess I had. My whole environment today was a different one: I got offers for two concerts in one morning, had deep and meaningful chit-chat (never knew you could feel close to somebody by chit-chatting:-))), got a lot of work done and resolved some difficult situations by clearly and openly communicating !

Liebe Freunde überall auf der Welt

Gestern nacht war ich mitten am Papierstapel durcharbeiten von Papieren, die ich in der Schule abgeben muss, bevor ich am Freitag:-)))) nach Costa Ricaaaaaaa fahre. Da hatte ich plötzlich den Impuls, die letzten Video-Podcasts anzuschauen, die ich als Premium Excellence Club Mitglied erhalten hatte. Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten gehabt, sie mir direkt anzuschauen, nur durch direktes Anklicken des Pfeils und hatte es vor mir hergeschoben herauszufinden, was denn die anderen drei Möglichkeiten waren, sie zu sehen. Aber da geschah’s, in Nullkommanix hatte ich die Lösung – ganz selber rausgefunden – es funktionierte, und ich konnte mir diese brillianten Momente ansehen!

Ich hatte total vergessen wie sichtbar Transformation auf jemandes Gesicht, in jemandes Haltung wird, und sogar über die Kamera durch den Computer hatte ich das Gefühl, als sässe ich in dem Raum dort mit den jeweiligen Leuten und erführe das Leben in seiner ganzen Fülle!

Mach es auch zu einem Teil von deinem Leben! Solltest du je den kleinsten Gedanken gehabt haben wie “vielleicht abonniere ich das dann mal…” : tu es jetzt, es gibt einfach keinen einzigen Moment in deinem und dem Leben von jedem um dich herum zu verlieren!

Ich bin so dankbar, dass ich ein Teil dieser Gemeinschaft bin, die mir Tiefen meines Herzens zeigt, die ich nicht im Traum vermutet hätte. Meine ganze Umgebung heute zeigte sich verwandelt: Ich erhielt gleich 2 Konzertangebote an einem Morgen, hatte tiefes und bedeutendes Geplauder (wusste nicht, dass man sich über Plaudereien jemandem auch nah fühlen kann:-))), hab viel gearbeitet und einige schwierige Situationen durch klares und offenes Kommunizieren bewältigt!

Mach heute noch mit, es ist magisch!
