Hi Everyone,

Andy & Leah here.  We just got back from Costa Rica course 1 and it was amazing!  Rich, restful, exciting, energizing.  And since we have been back, life has had this whole new level of ease and flow; we are finding ourselves saying yes to whatever life presents us with.  And the magic of transformation is that it just happens! It’s not something we are doing in order to be in control or produce results; things just keep getting easier, sweeter, more intimate and more fun! (more…)

Hi Everyone!

Last night marked a milestone for me and I feel compelled to share!

Last night I was disappointed to miss MNA because lately I’ve felt like humpty dumpty  who fell off the wall but I had class to attend and then found my mom in a tissy about how much she had to do before the holidays. So I sighed and stayed to help. I did everything she asked in the time she needed. Part of me wondered was I once again playing rescuer but my mom has done a lot for me so I felt like helping. I told myself I would do something nice for me afterward. (more…)

Dear ones;

This week I was selected as a “Driver of the Month” at work, recognized for a job I had been co-creating for several weeks. I believe this wouldn’t have been possible before hanging out with Ariel & Shya and being encouraged to really go for excellence whether or not I agreed with the directions I got from “management.” So thanks!  This feels great!

Happy Holidays, Friends!

New Year’s is one of my favorite Holidays. It’s a global “page turn” for everyone and imagination and Transformation is in the air!

After seeing that 57 people attended the last Monday Night Alive workshop, I was inspired to write a letter to Oprah, asking her to check out the Kanes and to help put their approach out into the world.  It felt so good to express my dream to Oprah.

The evening I mailed my letter to Oprah, I went to eat at a healthy fast food restaurant called Chipotle.  I stepped into line behind a man. It turned out that this person is one of the morning anchors for New York City’s main television news station that I love & watch everyday! We spoke a bit & I invited him & his wife to MNA.  It was so amazing to connect with him!  I felt the synchronicity of the moment. (more…)

Hey there My Friends,

I’m writing to say I am healthy wealthy happy and living a life like I never could have imagined.  I have been reminded how rich a healthy life is.  I spent some time pretty sick early in the holiday season and got a chance to check out where I wanted to complain and make for drama.  I was able with the help of you all, my fabulous friends and Joe, my amazing husband to keep on track, keep coming back to center.  I thank you for your support through your texts and calls and emails but mostly by being yourselves and living lives that are inspiring.  I am inspired by you, all of you. Hi all,

I just had the privilege to participate in the Freedom to Breathe/ Art of Being a Healer. It was truly magical and I feel great.  I feel so alive and centered.  Cool story, I am in the airport waiting to board a plane.  When I got here, I wanted to work on a strategic presentation that I will be presenting on January 5th and 6th. I knew that I could channel this energy into completing a project that is really important to me. I felt so clearheaded that I knew the words and ideas should come to me. (more…)

Hi All!

I wanted to give you an update on what has been going on with me since the Freedom to Breathe workshop in NYC.  It’s so funny how I really have been noticing transformation show up for me.  The past (almost) two weeks since the workshop have been really great.  I noticed myself have the thought over that weekend that I don’t really get anything out of attending the workshops – that’s certainly a lie!
